Reddit user Ix_Mcgeady_xI recently posted a clip from their exploration of Vault 81 in Fallout 4 in which they show off a unique trick they discovered to cut through some side content to get straight to a key quest location. Like many other Fallout 4 tricks, this one involves using a trash can as a step stool to access hidden areas that Bethesda Softworks may not have intended for. NPCs watch on as the player goes through the corner of Vault 81 to save some time, effort, and healing items....

While the vanilla experience alone is more than enough to get fans invested, there are plenty of unique Fallout 4 mods out there that offer up even more content, such as new creatures or a custom story built from scratch. Of course, there are even those people in the community who will change the visuals of Fallout 4 almost entirely, offering up something that gives a more unique look to what players are used to, perhaps even turning it into a different game....

The early version of the official patch adds a few nice features for PC gamers, like an HBAO+ ambient occlusion setting, new weapon debris effects for those with Nvidia cards, and the ability to rotate items the player has picked up with the left and right trigger buttons. The official patch release is still likely a week or so away, but gamers interesting in trying it out ahead of time can do so by following the instructions here....

Recently on Twitter, Bethesda Studios promoted usage of the Remote Play feature by displaying an image of the eagerly awaited Fallout 4 being streamed to a PS Vita. The company praises the game’s controls, which they claim are the work of Josh Hamrick, who also did work on the control scheme for Destiny’s Remote Play feature. Previously, Bungie developed a control system for their first-person shooter Destiny that let the game operate surprisingly well on the PS Vita, despite the device having fewer buttons than a DualShock 4 controller....

According to the builder, their goal was to create a replica of a Nintendo 64 out of LEGOs. The console featured a gray color similar to that seen on the 1996 console. Reddit user Uncooked_wonton posted a clip of their Fallout 4 adventure in which they’re running around Sanctuary Hills, one of the early locations players come across after emerging from Vault 111. The newest Fallout 4 bug, which is being referred to as the blurry-vision or nearsighted bug, has unknown origins. Gamers aren’t sure how it happens, or what exactly is triggering it, but it makes playing the game extremely difficult.
