Now, one player has set about demonstrating just how easy Fallout 4 is, once you’ve learned the game inside and out. A streamer going by the name T Ronix has completed the game without taking a single hit of damage from beginning to end — no small feat, by anyone’s estimations.

Of course, it’s not like the New Zealand-based streamer simply breezed through the game on his first attempt. Previously, T Ronix has completed a run without healing, and presumably has journeyed through the main quest several times before that to become proficient.

However, the run — which took over 25 hours to complete — was no cakewalk. T Ronix apparently made seven or eight unsuccessful attempts before managing to clear the game without taking damage, according to a report from Kotaku.

Just avoiding damage would be enough of a Herculean task for most players, but T Ronix actually introduced a few more constraints to up the ante. Outside of story missions where he was forced to do so to progress, he didn’t use any chems, he didn’t call upon any companions and he didn’t utilize power armor.

How did he manage to make his way through the wasteland? Simply by knowing Fallout 4 back to front. This achievement didn’t come as a result of amazing reflexes, it’s founded upon a massive in-depth knowledge of the game at hand.

T Ronix had to know exactly where he needed to go to complete each step of the main quest, and which enemy-infested areas to avoid so that he didn’t take damage. There have perhaps been other players more obsessed with Fallout 4 than the New Zealander, but certainly not many.

At this point, T Ronix has conclusively mastered Fallout 4 — and it seems that this will stand for the foreseeable future. This week, Bethesda confirmed that the upcoming Nuka World DLC will be the last piece of content released in support of the game.

Fallout 4 is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
